Terms and Conditions

STAR Membership Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set out the contractual relationship between We Build Champions, LLC; d.b.a. Sioux Falls CHAMPIONS Club and each individual STAR Member of the Sioux Falls CHAMPIONS Club.

STAR Membership
2.1 Individuals who are 18 years of age or over may apply for membership.

2.2. Membership is not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations or similar entities.

2.3. To register for STAR Membership an individual must complete the registration online at www.sfchampionsclub.com.  Membership applications must state the applicant’s full name and preferred mailing address for correspondence.

2.4. STAR Membership is offered at the discretion of the Sioux Falls CHAMPIONS Club and may refuse Membership to any applicant.

2.5. Applicants accepted as STAR Members will be given a Membership card. Each Member must maintain only one active account.

2.6. Applicants will be admitted to STAR Membership on the date they activate their account via www.sfchampionsclub.com  By activating their account, STAR Members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) and the information on www.sfchampionsclub.com.

2.7. STAR Membership will automatically renew after each 12 month membership period. STAR Members will receive a renewal email every 11 months outlining the renewal process.

2.8. Each STAR Member must give Sioux Falls CHAMPIONS Club immediate written notice of any changes of name or preferred mailing address and, if requested, written proof of any such changes. These changes can also be made online by visiting www.sfchampionsclub.com/contact-us/.

2.9. Members cannot transfer STAR Membership.

2.10. All correspondence will be sent to the STAR Member’s last preferred mailing address and/or the e-mail address provided on application

2.11. Correspondence from STAR Members to Sioux Falls CHAMPIONS Club should be sent through www.sfchampionsclub.com or to the main office.

2.12 In the case of death of a STAR Member, membership will automatically cancel.

Use of Card

3.1. Applicants accepted for STAR Membership will receive a personalized card good for 1 year from date of approved application.

3.2. Only the STAR Member named on the Card may use it. Cards are not transferable in any circumstances.

3.3. The Card is not a credit card. It is good only to receive instant discounts and savings specific to participating STAR Businesses.

3.4. The STAR Member should produce the Card at any Sioux Falls CHAMPIONS Club STAR Business to receive their current CHAMPIONSHIP Deal.

Cancellation of Membership
STAR Members may terminate their Membership by writing to the Sioux Falls CHAMPIONS Club stating that they no longer wish to be a STAR Member and enclosing their Card cut in half. NO REFUNDS will be offered at the time of cancellation.
